At IXEL Fitness, the focus is on functional exercises which utilises the clients own body weight and the use  of  basic  equipment  such  as bosu balls, dura-discs, swiss  balls and medicine   balls.  This  type of  approach  leads  to training the whole body, integrating the muscular and  nervous  system,  culminating  in  better  function, co-ordination and results.
